Building With the Future in Mind Since 1955

Our clients asked us what we could do about a very cramped and dark master bathroom?

Here’s a peak into the old sitting room.

It was time for a change ………. fixtures and faucets were failing; flooring and finishes were tired. They also wanted to convert an under-utilized sitting area in the master suite into a beautiful and efficient dressing area and window seat.

We knew we needed additional real estate to achieve their bathroom wishes.  We were able to enlarge the existing bathroom by capturing poorly used space in an adjacent bedroom closet. Additional windows brought in the necessary natural light.  Then, with additional elbow room, we installed a doorless, 2-showerhead shower, as well as a soaking tub.

Be sure to check out the slideshow to see the conversion of the sitting area into the dressing room! Talk about a beautiful, well organized closet!
